Local credit union is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Member Specialist/Bank Teller to join their team.
Responsibilities include providing account services to credit union members by:
- Ensures members are informed of Credit Union services, products, and policies
- Receiving deposits and loan payments
- Cashing checks
- Issuing savings withdrawals
- Recording night deposits
- Balance cash drawer with a high degree of accuracy
- Issuing cashier's checks and money orders
- Provides assistance to members via telephone, in-person or online banking inquiries
- Processing daily reports
- Administrative Support
- To provide friendly, professional service to all members.
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multi-task and organizational skills are essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Products
- 2 years of previous bank experience is preferred
- Associate’s degree preferred; however, not required
