Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. (varied shifts, 7 days/week)

About the Role
Above All Home Care Agency is seeking warm, compassionate, and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality personal care services to clients in the comfort of their homes.
You’ll follow individualized care plans and make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients and their families.
Responsibilities
As a CNA, your duties may include:
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene
- Turning/repositioning clients and providing mobility support
- Recording and monitoring vital signs
- Supporting clients with meals, hydration, and medication reminders
- Changing bed linens and maintaining a clean, safe environment
- Performing light housekeeping and laundry tasks
- Offering companionship and engaging clients in social activities
- Providing support with dementia and memory care needs
- Responding to emergencies and administering basic first aid
Qualifications
- Active CNA license (required)
- Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow care plans
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and staff
- Knowledge of dementia care is a plus
