Responsibilities of the Entry Level AT&T Representative:
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service from start to finish.
- Educate customers on AT&T wireless products, smartphones, accessories, internet services, and promotions.
- Entry Level AT&T Representatives recommend personalized solutions based on each customer's needs.
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to team success.
- Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service and follow-up.
- Entry Level AT&T Representatives stay current on the latest AT&T products, services, and promotions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment.
Qualifications to Become an Entry Level AT&T Representative:
- Previous retail sales, wireless sales, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
