Overview
We are seeking a motivated and bilingual (English/Mandarin) Aesthetic Consultant to join our growing clinic. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their goals and provide personalized treatment recommendations that deliver real results. You will play a key role in building trust, guiding clients through their aesthetic journey, and ensuring a high-quality experience from consultation to follow-up. Duties
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services and skincare products
- Provide tailored, professional consultations for clients (in-person and virtual)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized care and communication
- Track client progress and conduct timely follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Handle post-treatment care guidance and address client concerns professionally
- Collaborate closely with providers and estheticians to deliver optimal client outcomes
- Collect and manage client reviews (Google, Yelp) to support clinic growth
- Participate in manufacturer trainings, product demos, and ongoing education
- Utilize strong sales and consultation techniques to guide clients toward appropriate treatments

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- 1+ year of experience in the beauty, aesthetics, or client-facing industry
- Existing clientele or client following is a plus

Pay: $6,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
