We are looking for friendly, dependable, energetic individuals who take pride in delivering outstanding service. Whether you're an experienced banquet professional ready to take on more responsibility or someone looking to grow into a leadership role, we'd love to meet you.
Leadership experience is a plus for those interested in leader roles, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest services throughout events
- Assist with event setup, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and décor
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean and inviting environment
- Support banquet operations by coordinating with kitchen staff on food handling and timing
- Uphold food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times
- Lead or assist team members during events, ensuring seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or banquet service preferred
- Strong knowledge of guest relations, hospitality standards, and customer service excellence
- Experience with food handling, serving, bussing, and wine knowledge is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills
- Previous hotel or restaurant experience is a plus; fine dining experience is advantageous
- Must be energetic, reliable, and committed to providing outstanding guest experiences
