We are seeking a dedicated and responsible Bus Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing safe and reliable transportation services, particularly for children and individuals with special needs. This role requires excellent driving skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to communicate effectively with passengers.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a bus on designated routes while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Ensure the safety of all passengers, particularly children, during transit.
- Assist children in boarding and disembarking the bus, ensuring their comfort and security.
- Maintain a clean and organized bus interior.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for bus driving.
