Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Fort Worth and the surrounding areas. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance, completing work orders, and executing make-ready tasks to prepare homes for new residents. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with general home repairs, troubleshooting, and maintaining the quality and functionality of single-family rental homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Experience performing make-ready tasks including painting, drywall repair, fixture replacement, and general home repairs

General knowledge of residential maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, and appliance repair

Familiarity with basic hand and power tools

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across multiple properties

Comfortable using mobile apps or tablets to receive and complete work orders

Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally within the DFW area

Prior experience maintaining single-family homes preferred
