Invictus Security and Investigations, a Leading Security Service Provider is currently hiring ACTIVE SECURITY OFFICERS for FLEX COVERAGE.
Positions Include: OPEN AVAILABLITY (Saturday - Sunday)
- This is an On-Call position with a minimum schedule of 24 hours a week working both Commission and Non-Commission post.
- This position requires you to be available for any shift that needs to be filled anywhere in Houston and Baytown areas
- Opportunities for full-time and OT as needed

Pay: $16 - $17 per hour based on experience
We provide DIRECT DEPOSIT and WEEKLY PAY.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the security and safety of the premises by patrolling designated areas.
- Respond to emergencies and alarms promptly and appropriately.
- Utilize conflict management skills to de-escalate tense situations.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and conduct surveillance to prevent unauthorized activities.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance when necessary.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and follow legal protocols as needed.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damages.
- Maintain a high level of alertness and readiness at all times.
