What You’ll Do (The Role)
This is a unique, hybrid role where digital design meets hands-on production. You won't just sit behind a screen; you’ll see your projects through from concept to completion.
- Bring Concepts to Life: Create high-impact, full-color digital graphics and vinyl layouts optimized for large-format media.
- Collaborate & Refine: Take client drawings, ideas, or existing files and polish them into production-ready graphics.
- Master the Tech: Operate cutting-edge large-format printers, plotters, and laminators.
- The Hands-On Magic: Weed, cut, and apply vinyl to various substrates. Use hand/power tools and assist with on-site installations when necessary.
- Quality Control: Maintain an eagle eye for accuracy, ensuring colors, dimensions, and settings are flawless before hitting the output stage.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
- The Experience: 1–3+ years of graphic design experience and a diverse portfolio of work
- The Software: Highly proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (InDesign and Generative AI Design are pluses).
- The Hustle: Ability to prioritize jobs, multitask like a pro, and work autonomously under pressure in a high-volume shop.
- The Physicality: Ready to be on your feet, lean over assembly tables, and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs when managing material.
- The Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

- Prior experience operating large-format printers/plotters/laminators.
- A knack for problem-solving and a love for talking to people to help bring their visions to life.
