Anju Noodle Bar is a busy, award winning ramen shop located in the Kittery Foreside and brother to The Wallingford Dram, The Wilder, and the soon to be open Cranes Bistro.
We're looking for the right person to join our management team! The position will have a set schedule of four days per week with weekends being a requirement.
This would be a great job for someone looking to get into restaurant management. We are looking for someone who can thrive in the fast-paced flow and controlled chaos of a high-volume restaurant. Someone who works well with others, communicates and can cooperate with the tight-knit team you’ll be a part of.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: running each shift as the manager on duty, guest and employee interaction, scheduling of all staff, ordering front of the house supplies as needed, some admin work such as coding invoices and helping to keep things organized.
