Job Summary
Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods through efficient inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and forklifts to ensure timely shipment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory management activities including stock counting, cycle counts, and stock replenishment to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Manage shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipment details, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations.
- Maintain detailed records of all warehouse activities including data entry of shipments, inventory adjustments, and order fulfillment logs.
- Support warehouse distribution efforts by organizing stock in designated areas for easy access and efficient workflow.
- Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse operations, improve logistics processes, and uphold safety standards.
Skills
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRPs.
- Strong knowledge of shipping logistics, order picking & packing procedures, and trade compliance regulations.
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely and effectively.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory, measuring packages, and calculating weights or dimensions.
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Customer service mindset to support internal teams and external partners efficiently.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations including stocking procedures, order fulfillment processes, and load & unload activities.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
