We are seeking a skilled and strategic Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing and purchasing operations. This role is responsible for developing procurement strategies,
managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely, cost-effective purchasing across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in f&b procurement and supply chain management, with proven negotiation skills and a focus on efficiency, quality, and compliance. You’ll oversee budgets, inventory, and vendor performance while collaborating across departments to support business goals. This is a critical leadership role that contributes directly to operational success and continuous improvement.
Design and implement adaptive logistics strategies to meet evolving business demands.
Establish and refine inventory structures, establish and maintain pars.
Adjust procurement based on demand trends to ensure timely, accurate fulfillment.
Lead efforts to reduce waste with proper rotation management.
Procure raw materials, packaging, and essentials with a focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery.
Manage and negotiate with 3PLs and suppliers to meet performance, cost, and delivery goals.
Optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) through strategic contracting and supplier consolidation.
Manage and negotiate with third-party logistics providers and suppliers, ensuring adherence to performance, cost, and delivery benchmarks.
Optimize total cost of ownership (TCO) through effective contract negotiation and supplier consolidation.
Analyze workflows to identify cost and efficiency gains.
Implement KPIs for supplier performance, inventory turnover, and procurement accuracy.
Leverage data to guide inventory allocation, transfers, and logistics decisions• Align with QA, finance, ops, and production to meet quality, budget, and sustainability goals.
Lead initiatives to standardize materials and streamline ordering to reduce risk and boost efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:
Background in logistics for FMCG, retail, or 3PL (F&B/retail clients preferred).
Proven track record managing U.S. supply chain; experience with >$1B procurement/inventory.
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
Fluent in English, written and spoken. Bilingual Chinese is a strong plus.
Experience leading 0-to-1 international logistics projects a strong plus.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
