Silver State Adolescent Treatment Center is a Pyschiatric Residential Treatment Program dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care for adolescents. We are committed to creating a supportive and therapeutic environment where our residents can recover, heal, and thrive.
Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and motivated Licensed therapist/intern. Our ideal candidate will have experience in a high level of care and a passion for working with adolescents suffering from serious mental illness.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
- Develop and spearhead efforts related to treatment plans
- Provide oversight related to active treatment efforts
- Provide regular 1-on-1 therapy for the adolescents
- Provide regular family therapy for the residents
- Run groups
- Provide crisis intervention to residents in acute distress.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
- Educate residents and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and treatment plans in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in treatment team meetings to discuss resident progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and sterile processing standards within the clinical environment.
Qualifications:
- Active License (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or Interns (CPC-I or MFT-I))
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $72,000.00 - $83,000.00 per year
