We are looking for a motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn our products, plans, promotions, and store systems while providing excellent customer service and helping customers find the best options for their needs.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Learn and understand all current plans, products, promotions, and offers.
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service.
- Identify customer needs and confidently pitch and recommend appropriate plans, products, and services.
- Assist customers with phone activations, upgrades, new lines, and other sales-related services.
- Learn and properly use the store's POS and inventory system.
- Add, update, and manage inventory accurately in the system.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after each sale.
- Answer customer questions and resolve basic customer concerns professionally.
- Stay up to date on new plans, promotions, products, and company policies.
- Work toward individual and store sales goals.
- Follow all company procedures and maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Work as part of a team and help maintain a positive store environment.
Ideal Candidate
- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers.
- Strong communication and customer-service skills.
- Motivated to learn and improve sales skills.
- Comfortable learning computer and store systems.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous sales or wireless experience is a plus, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
What We Expect
Our Sales Representatives are expected to provide excellent customer service, actively engage with customers, learn our products and promotions, maintain a clean store, and continuously improve their knowledge of our sales and inventory systems.
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
