The Engineering Requirements Manager supports the Principal Integration Program Manager (PIPM) and Integration Program Managers (IPMs) to manage multiple levels of requirements within integration projects/programs. The work will largely be performed in a NAVWAR Old Town classified space, and therefore requires a Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility for SCI. Please apply ONLY IF YOU HOLD A TS CLEARANCE. Principal Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain a Requirements Management Plan
-
Manage Stakeholder Requirements interpretation, decomposition, and allocation across multiple projects/programs via Requirements Allocation Agreements
-
Coordinate review and approval of developed integration and system/subsystem requirements across multiple projects/programs
-
Coordinate requirements changes across the project/program lifecycle
-
Track and Report progress of requirements implementation and verification to program managers and stakeholders
-
Develop and present requirements status briefings for leadership, stakeholders, and executives
-
Identify and develop Risks/Issues/Opportunities assessments and briefings during project/program execution
Skills:
Proficient in:

Requirements Management tools, preferably Cameo Systems Modeler

Technical requirements traceability and conducting technical reviews of documentation

Able to develop and present briefings to leadership, stakeholders, and executives

Microsoft products including Windows, MS Office products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in relevant field from accredited university or college

Five plus (5+) years of relevant experience, OR
o Certification in Requirements Management
o Certification in Project/Program Management
