Job description:
Psychology 21 PC is expanding its services and is hiring Bilingual (English-Spanish) LCSW professionals to its rapid development. We specialize in TBI patient care in Worker’s Comp and No-Fault cases, and focuses on evidence-based treatments to provide efficient care to the psychological demands of the patients. Candidates will receive training, education and supervision to properly engage and treat patients in this field.
Positions will fill out as soon as matching candidates apply.
Positions is both remote and in person
Job Description:
- Provider will focus on patient treatment in the form of psychotherapy or rehabilitation treatment.
- This treatment will be based upon zoom or phone calls to follow up with patients’ post-accident.
- Provider will receive a list of patients in need for treatment. Provider will contact patients which will be prescheduled and confirmed in advance.
- Provider will work with a team of peers that will be there to help and advice during the work shift.
- Follow ups duration will depend on the severity of each case; caseload per day is reasonable.
- Provider will need to complete a Progress Note after each session with the patient. Same documents should be uploaded into the system in a specific time frame.
Requirements:
- Document all patient’s interventions according to Psychology 21 policies and procedures.
- Ensure patients understand their diagnosis and receive relevant information
- Inform patient about next steps of evaluation and treatment
- Must be able to consult and communicate with other physicians, specialists, etc.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Valid New York State Licensure

Salary:
- Starting at $95K Yearly for full time. Upgraded Salary potential depending on experience , languages spoken and licensure
