UVA Health OB/GYN is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Obstetrician-Gynecologists to join growing collaborative, physician-led group serving patients across Manassas, Haymarket, Warrenton, and Gainesville. These positions provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care in a group practice setting. Physicians enjoy a balanced mix of office-based care, scheduled surgical time, and shared call responsibilities.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient obstetric and gynecologic care
- Participate in group-based OB call coverage with 24-hour shifts
- Manage Labor & Delivery, postpartum care, ER consults, and emergent gynecologic surgeries while on call
- Perform gynecologic surgeries including hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and hysterectomy

Call Schedule
Call is shared equally among physicians in a group model. The on-call physician is responsible for all inpatient OB/GYN care during the 24-hour call period.

Candidate Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Eligible for Virginia medical licensure and DEA certification
- Open to experienced physicians and recent residency graduates
- Team-oriented, collaborative approach to care
Passion for women’s health and interest in building long-term community relationships

The base compensation range for this role is $356,790 - $484,770 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status.
Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate’s qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
