FINE DINING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Job Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional bar service and creating a memorable
guest experience. The Bartender will prepare and serve beverages following established recipes and procedures while ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. The Bartender will maintain a clean and organized bar area and work collaboratively with the FOH and kitchen teams.
Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional guest service to ensure a memorable bar experience for guests.

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages following established recipes and procedures.

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including properly handling

alcoholic beverages.

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, performing opening and closing duties and

performing cleaning tasks as required.

Communicate effectively with FOH and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining

experience for guests.

Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently using a POS system.

Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the bar menu, beer, wine, and daily

specials.

Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards and regulations.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 yearS of experience as a bartender in a fine dining establishment
.
Strong knowledge of bar products/beverage service preferred.
Work Environment:
The environment requires the team member to work in a temperature-controlled
environment.

Required to work weekends and irregular hours.

Requires working under stressful conditions.

Must be able to work safely in a noisy area.

Physical Requirements:

Must be physically able to stand for up to 8 hours a day.

Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods.

Must be able to lift to 50 pounds at a time.

Requires maintenance of the bar, changing kegs, and other additional tasks.
