We're looking for a licensed Journeyman Plumber who shares those values and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do:
As a Journeyman Plumber, you'll be responsible for performing a wide variety of residential plumbing work while representing Excel Plumbing professionally in our customers' homes.
Responsibilities include:
- Diagnose, repair, install, and maintain residential plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Perform water heater, fixture, piping, drain, and water service installations and repairs.
- Complete remodel and light new construction plumbing projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and applicable plumbing codes.
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and determine the most effective repair solutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining findings and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate job documentation and complete work orders.
- Safely operate company vehicles and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and Washington State plumbing regulations.
- Work collaboratively with office staff, contractors, inspectors, and other trades when needed.
Qualifications:
- Current Washington State Journeyman Plumber License.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- At least one year of experience as a licensed journeyman plumber preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand plumbing codes.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality workmanship.
- Able to lift 75 pounds and work in crawlspaces, attics, ladders, and varying weather conditions.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $45.00 per hour
