Breeze Pelvic Health is a specialty pelvic floor physical therapy practice seeking a compassionate, caring, and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to join our team.
This position involves interacting with patients, managing scheduling, handling administrative tasks, answering phones, responding to emails, processing referrals and paperwork, and helping new patients understand the services offered at Breeze Pelvic Health. We believe the administrative team is often the first impression patients have of our practice and plays an essential role in creating an exceptional patient experience.
This is a part-time remote position with flexible scheduling, approximately 16–20 hours per week.

Breeze Pelvic Health is a private pelvic health physical therapy practice dedicated to providing individualized, one-on-one care. We specialize in helping individuals experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, including bladder, bowel, sexual health, pregnancy, postpartum, and pelvic pain conditions.
We believe in providing evidence-based, compassionate care in a welcoming environment where patients feel supported, strong, and empowered. Our goal is to deliver an exceptional patient experience from the very first phone call through the entire plan of care.
Principal Duties
- Answer incoming phone calls and return voicemails
- Respond to patient emails and inquiries
- Schedule evaluations and follow-up appointments
- Manage the clinic calendar and waitlist, fill cancellations, etc
- Assist patients with intake paperwork and forms
- Assist with Medicare-related administrative tasks
- Process referrals and communicate with provider offices
- Send and receive faxes
- Maintain accurate patient records within the EMR
- Assist with patient communication and appointment reminders
- Support marketing events and workshops as needed
- Represent Breeze Pelvic Health professionally in all patient interactions
- Assist in light marketing-related tasks: drop by visits, mailing out letters, etc.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum one year of administrative, customer service, or healthcare office experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new software systems
- Proficiency with email, scheduling platforms, Spruce, or similar programs
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Experience with medical scheduling, referrals, insurance verification, or Medicare is preferred

Compensation
- Part-time position
- Approximately 16–20 hours per week
- Hourly rate: $17-19 per hour
