Job Position: Restoration Cleaning Specialist

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 4/10s, generally 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM. End times may vary based on job site needs. On-call rotation required once a month and as company needs mandate. Overtime available as jobs require.

What You’ll Do
Prepare rooms and work areas for restoration cleaning activities
Set up staging areas and equipment for each project
Clean structures and personal property after fire damage, water damage, and post-construction debris
Perform deodorization methods under the direction of management
Complete jobsite documentation and communicate with customers regularly
Communicate with management and other technicians to support efficient production processes
Perform additional production processes as directed
Complete end-of-day and end-of-job cleanup and breakdown
Leave jobsites clean, orderly, and ready for the next step in the process
What We’re Looking For
Valid driver’s license required
Reliable transportation to and from work required
Ability to work individually and as part of a team
Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and service-oriented attitude
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation once a month and as company needs mandate
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
Work Environment
Regularly lift a minimum of 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Climb ladders and work at ceiling heights as needed
Work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
Repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects
Work with and around cleaning agents
Work may take place in homes, businesses, and active restoration environments
