Oversee all daily field operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain efficient project execution.

Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies through inspections, meetings, and corrective actions.

Monitor project schedules, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to maintain construction milestones.

Review construction drawings, specifications, and RFIs to ensure work complies with project requirements.

Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field issues to ensure workmanship meets contract standards.

Manage material deliveries, equipment utilization, and site logistics to support uninterrupted construction activities.

Communicate project progress, risks, and field conditions with project managers, owners, architects, and other stakeholders.
