We are dedicated to empowering clients with the knowledge and strategies to secure their financial futures. As part of the LKJ Financial team, you’ll collaborate with industry professionals, develop essential skills, and gain firsthand experience in financial planning.
Responsibilities:
· Client Meeting Support: Take notes and document key insights during client meetings.
· Planning Support: Assist in case discussions and input data for financial plans and reviews.
· Marketing: Contribute and help prepare for marketing events.
· Client & Team Support: Communicate effectively with clients and team.
· Administrative Support: Digitize files, scan documents, and maintain our database.
· Research & Special Projects: Explore new opportunities and insights to support advisors.
· No Sales or Cold Calling: This role focuses on operational and analytical support.
Qualifications:
· Enrolled or recently graduated in a Finance, Business, Economics, or related undergraduate/master’s program.
· Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with digital & CRM tools.
· Highly organized – able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Team-oriented – thrives in a collaborative setting.
· Passionate about wealth management – eager to learn and grow in the industry.
