About the Role
We're looking for an organized, people-first Event Coordinator to own the planning, communication, and on-the-ground execution of events across our American Fork and Provo locations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on logistics, loves talking to people, and gets energy from seeing a plan come together in real life.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate in-store and community events (pop-ups, seasonal celebrations, influencer events, and more)
- Manage event communications — including vendor/partner outreach, customer-facing event details, internal team coordination, and follow-up
- Build and maintain event timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents
- Coordinate staffing and supplies needed for each event
- Serve as the on-site point of contact during events, troubleshooting issues as they come up
- Track event outcomes (attendance, feedback, sales impact) and share recaps with the team
- Collaborate with marketing on event promotion, creator collaborations, and social media content
- Support online ordering operations (order fulfillment, customer communication, and inventory management)
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable coordinating with vendors, partners, and customers professionally and warmly
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work some evenings/weekends as events require
- Self-starter who can manage a project from idea to execution with minimal hands-on directions
- Retail, customer service, social media, or event experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with Shopify(website management) is a plus
- Must be able to travel to various locations throughout Utah
This role involves regular physical activity related to event setup and breakdown. Candidates should be able to lift and carry up to 30-40 lbs (inventory, tables, displays, and event supplies), stand or be on their feet for extended periods during events, and load/unload materials from a vehicle. Comfort with repeated bending, lifting, and moving between locations is important.
