Position Summary
97Dental Management LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee property and operational projects across multiple locations in Michigan. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects, vendors, contractors, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage property and operational projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, renovations, and facility improvement projects.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Resolve project issues and keep leadership informed.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project management, property management, facilities, construction, or related experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing vendors, budgets, and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to travel throughout Michigan.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience in commercial real estate or healthcare facilities is a plus.
Compensation
$65,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
