Due to exceptional growth, TriSource is expanding their team. TriSource specializes in the placement of candidates in Healthcare, Accounting and Finance, and IT. We are currently hiring for a Healthcare Recruiter in our Vienna, VA office to assist with recruiting and hiring for a variety of positions for our clients.
The core responsibilities of the Healthcare Recruiter will include:
- Recruit potential caregivers including CNA’s, LPN’s, RN’s
- Recruit for behavioral and mental health positions including Social Workers, Substance Abuse Counselors, Special Education Teachers.
- Locate healthcare professionals through various sources
- Evaluate candidate resumes against position requirements
- Facilitate the hiring process, which includes phone screening, in person interviews, and completing the credentialing process for qualified candidates.
- Present qualified candidates to clients
- Manage the interview process, draw, and extend offers, and complete placements for qualified candidates.
- Learn and manage office operations
- Perform all duties as assigned
