About the Role
Dexter is hiring a OTR Driver delivering trailer parts and products to our customers. This position offers steady work, well-maintained equipment, and a predicable schedule.

What You'll Do
- Safely transport trailer parts and products to Dexter branch locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Complete required DOT logs and delivery documentation
- Communicate with dispatch regarding delays, road conditions, or equipment concerns
- Follow all DOT, federal, state, and company safety regulations
- Drive safely and professionally in varying weather and road conditions
What We’re Looking For
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Certification
- At least 1 year of commercial driving experience (manual experience required)
- Van or Flatbed experience preferred
- Clean driving record (no DWI/DUI in the last 3 years)
- Ability to read and follow work instructions in English
- Safety-focused and dependable
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Knowledge of DOT and truck driving regulations
- Ability to handle long driving days when needed
