Overview
The Field Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Operations Manager by ensuring Hansen's teams consistently deliver exceptional service and uphold our quality standards across all client accounts.
This role serves as the primary field leader, providing coaching, training, quality inspections, and day-to-day support to technicians while helping maintain smooth daily operations.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, enjoys leading others, and takes pride in developing people and delivering outstanding service.
Duties
1. Field Operations
- Conduct routine quality inspections
- Ensure services are completed to Hansen standards
- Support daily field operations
- Assist with new account mobilizations
- Respond to operational needs and call-outs
2. Team Leadership & Training
- Coach and mentor technicians
- Train new employees in the field
- Reinforce company standards and expectations
- Support Team Leads
- Promote accountability and professionalism
3. Quality Assurance
- Perform site inspections
- Identify and document deficiencies
- Follow up on corrective actions
- Ensure client expectations are consistently met
4. Inventory & Equipment
- Deliver supplies and equipment to job sites
- Monitor inventory levels and report to operations manager
- Report equipment issues to operations manager
- Maintain organized supply storage
5. Communication
- Maintain regular communication with the Operations Manager
- Maintain regular communication with cleaning/lawn care technicians
- Report staffing or operational concerns
- Document inspections and field observations
- Escalate issues when necessary
Qualifications
REQUIRED:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Comfortable using mobile apps and technology
PREFERRED:
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience
- Commercial cleaning or facilities experience
- Experience training employees
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
