Job Summary
Auburn Motor Sales, also know as Rowe Ford is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic full time Service Greeter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers that are checking in their vehicles, providing a warm welcome and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, the ability to work in a fast paced environment, and the ability to engage with customers effectively.
Duties
- Greet customers as they enter the establishment with a friendly and upbeat demeanor.
- Determines if customer has an appointment with Service.
- Checks customer and their vehicle in using X-Time on a tablet.
- Takes pictures of the vehicle, records mileage.
- Direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.
- Controls Service traffic flow and parking.
- Maintain a clean and organized greeting area and parking lot to create a welcoming environment, including the Service entrance.
- Find customers vehicle during pick up and brings it to service entrance.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and services offered.
