The Family Engagement Specialist builds positive relationships with families and provides support through outreach, coaching, parenting education, and connection to community resources. This position promotes family participation, strengthens protective factors, and helps families access services using a welcoming, strengths-based approach.

Associate’s degree in human services, social work, psychology, or related field or equivalent with experience in a related field of work.
The ideal candidate must have a driver’s license, meeting agency standards and consistent, reliable transportation that will allow regular travel in and around the service area.
