We are hiring a full-time Customer Connectivity Representative to support our Verizon FiOS campaign throughout the Virginia Beach area.
As a Customer Connectivity Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners, helping them explore wireless and connectivity solutions that fit their needs. This Customer Connectivity Representative role is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and creating positive customer experiences while contributing to overall sales results.

What You'll Do as a Customer Connectivity Representative
- Meet directly with residential customers in assigned communities
- Learn and present Verizon FiOS products and services
- Answer customer questions, close sales, and recommend solutions based on individual needs
- Build trust through professional, personalized interactions
- Generate new customer enrollments and support overall sales goals
- Track customer interactions and sales activity
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on promotions
