Position Overview
We are seeking an Evening Kitchen Production Worker to support daily operations in our industrial commercial kitchen. Scheduled hours are 12pm-8pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime; early arrival/staying late and weekend shifts as needed . This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role focused on food preparation, processing, and maintaining a clean and compliant workspace. No restaurant or hospitality experience required — this is a manufacturing floor environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with commercial-grade food processing and preparation equipment
- Follow standardized production recipes and batch procedures accurately
- Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards (GMP/HACCP guidelines)
- Monitor product quality and report inconsistencies to supervisors
- Weigh, measure, and document ingredients and finished product batches
- Clean and sanitize equipment, surfaces, and production areas
- Work efficiently on a production line to meet output targets
- Follow all company safety protocols and wear required PPE
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Previous food production, manufacturing, or commercial kitchen experience is a plus but not required

Work Environment

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
