Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations, coordinate production personnel, and ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily production activities to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to production team members.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure orders are completed on time.
- Train, mentor, and develop production employees while fostering a positive team environment.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals, priorities, and performance expectations.
- Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with maintenance, quality, warehouse, and management teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with inventory control and material management as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical training or associate degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read production schedules, work orders, and manufacturing documentation.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and production reporting systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing production demands.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
