II Telecom Solutions, a sales and development firm, is scaling its Temecula team and needs a Customer Service Agent who can turn a customer into a grateful one and then, only then, offer them something better. The Customer Service Agent will be the calm presence who greets our customers arriving with problems and guides them to resolution with patience and skill.
As a Customer Service Agent, you'll make customers feel like they're your only priority. You'll work in person with our customers who need help with their AT&T wireless plans or devices, and you'll give them your full attention until they're satisfied. The Customer Service Agent will then use their sales expertise to help them recommend upgrades that benefit our customers.
Role Responsibilities of the Customer Service Agent
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting our customers in person with questions related to AT&T mobile solutions, wireless plans, and smartphone services.
- Build positive customer relationships in person through sales interactions that promote satisfaction, trust, and long-term loyalty.
- Guide customers in person through AT&T wireless plan options and device-related inquiries using clear, customer-friendly communication.
- Resolve service concerns efficiently while ensuring customers feel supported throughout every stage of their experience.
- Educate our customers on AT&T mobile features, account services, and available plan options that align with their needs.
- Ensure that customer requests and service updates are accurately documented to support efficient account management.
