Role Overview
As a Consultant, you are a primary driver of our Expert Services delivery. You will
manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects and serve as a technical Subject
Matter Expert. This role requires a high level of energy and the ability to lead
project direction whilst also implementing technically complex Intercom and Fin
implementations. You are the "safe pair of hands" for high-value clients and
complex technical architectures.
Key Responsibilities
● Strategic Leadership: Create and correct project direction for large-scale implementations involving multiple stakeholders.
● Escalation Management: Proactively identify, manage, and resolve high-level risks and serve as an escalation point for client escalations on your own and consultants' projects.
● Advanced Facilitation: Lead large meetings, workshops, and steering committees with confidence.
● Client Strategy: Engage with senior stakeholders to align software solutions with long-term business goals.
● Project Governance: Oversee complex project timelines and ensure the "Expert Services" standard is met across all deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
● Specialist Expertise: Deep experience with the initial set-up, advanced configuration, and architectural design of Intercom and agentic AI systems such as Fin.
● Project Management: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and risk mitigation.
● Advanced Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to navigate difficult client conversations.
● Implementation Experience: Proven track record as a consultant deploying software solutions in complex environments.
● Mobility: Ability to travel throughout the USA.

Remuneration
● $70,000 - $85,000 pa
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
