Sales Assistant
We are looking for someone to help support our sales team. At Peninsular Lumber we pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service.
Job Duties
· Process orders for the sales team members.
· Filing orders, setting up deliveries.
· Keeping shelves stocked, fronted, and clean.
· Greeting customers with a positive inviting attitude. Helping them find what they are looking for.
· Answering phones, taking messages for the sales staff.
· Basic outgoing calls to customers. Let them know when materials have arrived or have been delayed.
· Inventory store products, making sure samples are stocked and displayed.
Job Requirements
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time. We have sales counters not sales desks.
· Positive can-do attitude.
· Attention to detail and organized.
· Must be able to work full time hours. Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
· Able to lift 25 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
