We are a small, family-owned company that tackles big projects. From full-scale kitchen and bath remodels to complex exterior repairs, we take pride in our craftsmanship. We are looking for an experienced, highly skilled handyperson who is ready to take ownership of their work. The Role
This isn't a role for someone who wants to do the same task all day. You will be our versatile go-to person on the job site. You must be comfortable switching gears between framing, drywall, tile, flooring, finish work, and siding. We need someone who can follow instructions precisely but also has the experience to use common sense to solve problems on the fly when working independently.
What We Require
- Technical Mastery: Extensive background in handyman/remodeling work. You must be proficient with all general power tools and capable of high-quality finish work.
- Physical Capability: Must be able to lift 100+ lbs safely and be comfortable working on ladders for extended periods.
- Driving & Logistics: A clean driving record is mandatory. You must be comfortable driving a large truck and pulling/maneuvering a trailer.
- Professionalism: You will be the face of our company. You must be professional, articulate, and respectful when interacting with our clients.
- Flexibility: Our projects change, and so can our schedule. We need someone who adapts to change easily and is open to a flexible work week.
- Equipped: Must have your own reliable vehicle and a smartphone for daily communication/project updates.
