Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person to showcase available properties and answer inquiries promptly
- Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to attract qualified tenants
- Negotiate lease terms and rental offers effectively while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and local laws
- Manage all aspects of the leasing process, including application screening, background checks, and lease agreement signing
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and leasing transactions using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems supported by our organization
- Stay informed about industry trends, local market conditions, and competitive properties to optimize leasing strategies
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth move-ins, lease renewals, and tenant satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and professionally
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with sales technology adoption tools
- Knowledge of real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and industry best practices for managing real estate transactions
- Demonstrated organizational skills with experience in managing real estate administrative tasks efficiently
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive client relationships
- Ability to analyze the local real estate market and identify opportunities for property promotion and deal closing
