Halff has a position open for a Senior Civil Engineer, with their Arkansas PE License, to join our water/wastewater utilities team as Senior Project Manager in our Little Rock, AR office. The ideal candidate would bring at least 10 years of experience to support Water/Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility design, planning, and modeling. What you will need:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in civil engineering or ABET accredited equivalent engineering degree (preferably in civil or environmental engineering).
- 10+ years of experience to support Water/Wastewater Utility projects including pipeline and facility design, planning, and modeling.
- Professional Engineer License (PE) in the State of Arkansas.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Water/Wastewater treatment, Water Storage, Conveyance and Master Planning is preferred.
- Must be proficient with conducting studies, preparing reports, and reading/developing construction plans and specifications.
- Previous experience in coordinating project deliverables, managing project budgets and schedule, and identifying resolution of issues.
- Experience with AutoCAD, ArcGIS PRO and InfoWater required (Water CAD or Sewer CAD is a plus but not required).
