Schedule: 5x8 Days | 40 Hours/Week
Weekly Gross: $3,650.00
- $57/hr on W2
- $1,370 Weekly Per Diem
About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Interventional Technologist I to join a busy Level I Trauma Center. This role is ideal for imaging professionals with recent Cath Lab experience who are passionate about working with advanced cardiovascular and interventional procedures in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Assist physicians during minimally invasive, image-guided procedures.
- Support procedures including:
- Cardiac Catheterization
- Electrophysiology (EP)
- Angiography
- Device Implantation
- Biopsies
- Thrombectomy
- Embolization
- Pain Management Procedures
- Function as the Scrub Technologist during procedures.
- Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
- Prepare patients before procedures and provide post-procedure support.
- Transfer images and documentation into Epic.
- Perform equipment quality control, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide on-call coverage as assigned.
- Support training and mentorship of students and new staff when needed.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent Cath Lab experience
- Previous Stepdown/PCU experience required
- Prior Travel experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited Health Science program (Radiologic Technology, Cardiovascular Technology, Ultrasound, Paramedic/EMT, or equivalent)
- AHA BLS Certification
- ARRT (RT) required (RCES/RCIS accepted within 18 months of hire)
