Responsible for managing showroom experiences, dealer display strategy, social media content, and brand programming that strengthen True Caliber’s luxury positioning and support long-term sales growth. This role independently develops and executes initiatives that influence brand perception, customer engagement, and relationships with designers, dealers, and industry partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operation and presentation of the New York showroom to ensure it consistently reflects True Caliber’s luxury brand standards and business objectives.

Develop and implement showroom experiences, programming, and activations that strengthen relationships with designers, dealers, builders, and other key industry partners.

Evaluate dealer display opportunities and independently recommend product assortments, finishes, configurations, and merchandising strategies based on market conditions, available space, and brand objectives.

Manage the dealer showroom display program across approximately 700 dealer locations and establish display recommendations that support brand visibility and long-term sales growth.

Create, develop, and manage visual merchandising standards, showroom layouts, and display concepts for True Caliber’s luxury brand that align with corporate marketing strategy and premium brand positioning.

Serve as a True Caliber brand ambassador by cultivating relationships with designers, dealers, sales representatives, and showroom visitors to drive engagement and influence future purchasing decisions.

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies, content calendars, and content creation initiatives that elevate brand awareness and support marketing objectives.

Identify, prioritize, and execute social media content opportunities highlighting products, finishes, design trends, installations, and lifestyle applications.

Analyze social media engagement, showroom activity, and event performance and recommend adjustments to improve audience engagement and brand impact.

Plan and manage in-person marketing events, create and deliver educational programming, trainings, and showroom activations, including determining event objectives, messaging, and customer experience strategies.

Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product management, and marketing leadership to develop programs and initiatives that support company objectives and enhance the customer experience.

Exercise independent judgment in prioritizing projects, allocating resources, and recommending improvements to showroom experiences, dealer displays, and marketing initiatives and reporting such initiatives directly to key stakeholders of True Caliber.

The Showroom, Social, & Display Marketing Specialist is an office-based role. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is required. Eligibility for up to one (1) remote workday per week may be permitted, subject to business needs and departmental guidelines.

Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support and respond to day-to-day business needs, including attendance of scheduled meetings and real-time collaboration as needed to ensure alignment on department and company priorities.

Bachelor’s degree required.
- Two or more years related experience required.
