We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to help support a wide range of hazardous building materials and indoor air quality management services including:
- Leading and directing projects
- Comprehensive building inspections
- Sampling and testing of suspect materials
- Proposal and Report writing
- Client, contractor and team communication
- Development of removal/abatement strategies
- Preparation of Operations and Maintenance programs
- Abatement cost estimating
- Abatement Specification and Bid document development
- Managing and developing junior staff
Ideal qualified candidates have:
- Three years of project management experience relating to industrial hygiene services, indoor air quality, and hazardous building materials
- Active asbestos-related licenses and 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification
- A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
- Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability and computer proficiency
- Ability to work independently or as part of a larger team
- Additional certifications/licenses for other states or services, including indoor air quality, mold, lead-based paint and other environmental services a plus

Salary range is $80,000-$95,000+ commensurate with experience.
