We're looking for a Data Entry Clerk who has experience in serving patients on a home health setting. This is a part-time opportunity that has the potential to turn into a full-time position based on performance. Preference would be given to those with previous medical administration experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Perform offices procedures, such as sorting, and filing, records, and photocopying.
- Input patient & employee information to Alora on a timely basis, and regularly review data
- Collect and organize data from various sources for reporting purposes.
- Input, and review, the following clinical information, on a timely basis, to include, referrals, admissions, readmissions and reinstatements, care plans, verbal orders, re certifications, discharge, and patients not admitted.
- Assist with clerical tasks such as document preparation and office organization.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English & Spanish
- Minimum of High school education
- Previous clinical office experience preferred (medical assistant, nursing assistant, etc), with a focus on administrative tasks.
- Experience with computers is required
- Basic math skills for handling numerical data effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a criminal background check
