We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a BCBA with Epic Minds Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
About the Role
As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and conducting assessments to adjust treatment goals as needed. You will also collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success and maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
Compensation and Schedule
Pay Range: $110,000 - $130,000 ANNUALLY
Full-Time: 40 hours/week or Part-Time Available
Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina

Requirements
Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
