Duties
- Lead and supervise all spa operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and high standards of service.
- Manage staff scheduling, shift management, and oversee training programs to maintain a motivated and professional team.
- Deliver outstanding guest services by addressing customer needs promptly and ensuring a relaxing atmosphere.
- Oversee booking systems, appointment scheduling, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity.
- Coordinate special events, promotions, and themed nights to enhance guest engagement and increase revenue.
- Maintain detailed reports on operational performance, guest feedback, and staff productivity to inform continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards across all areas of the spa.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in hospitality or resort environments, preferably within a spa or wellness center.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work environment.
- Strong background in customer service, guest relations, and conflict resolution.
- Experience in managing shift schedules, report writing, and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of event management, including planning and executing special nights or promotional activities.
- Familiarity with nightclub or entertainment venues is a plus for creating lively guest experiences.
- Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly desirable.
