JOB
Responsible for the operation and support of Core Systems, such as Exchange, M365 Apps including SharePoint and Teams, On-Premises Microsoft Server platforms, Device Management platforms, and other Core Systems. Performs daily tasks, both common and complex, including monitoring/responding to ticketing requests, responding to system alerts, processing access control requests, new user creation, and creating documentation to share with team members. Other work may also be assigned by the Core Systems supervisor.

Salary: Range 72: $95,676 - $125,544 per year (DOQ).

WASHINGTON STATE RESIDENCY AND TELEWORK INFORMATION

This position requires at least 2 days per week working onsite at AOC facilities
EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
- Develop, maintain, and manage standard operating procedures and configurations for assigned systems.

Maintain advanced knowledge of AOC Infrastructure to independently learn and implement software products that best meets AOC business needs.

Perform complex troubleshooting and problem resolution to ensure business continuity, reliability and performance.

Regularly evaluate software products for accuracy, business impact, and potential problems to ensure the best product is used for AOC business needs.

Learn and utilize support products to minimize business impact and provide the highest level of productivity.

Consult and mentor AOC Staff and Court employees in order to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Independently create processes for upgrades, maintenance, and disaster recovery for assigned systems.

Perform lead duties in workgroups and projects as assigned by Core Systems supervisor. Lead duties include providing advanced knowledge of architecture, workload planning, instructing, training, monitoring and documentation.

Ability to prioritize multiple assigned tasks and execute parallel tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Serve as primary support for individual Core Systems including, BizTalk, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, and various COTS programs along with supporting their on-premise servers.

Performs other work as assigned.

The workweek may fluctuate depending on workload or agency needs.

Overnight travel may be required based on business needs.
