As a Case Manager at iKomet, your primary role is to oversee the strategic and operational aspects of clients' cases, working closely with our in-house teams and external professionals, clients, and stakeholders. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of effectively managing client cases and ensuring their successful completion.
Responsibilities:

Undertake a detailed evaluation of each case to identify the necessary services and resources required to meet the client's needs.

Develop, implement, and review comprehensive case management plans in alignment with client goals and company protocols.

Coordinate all case activities, maintain case files and records, and ensure all case information is up-to-date and accessible.

Collaborate with internal teams, third-party agencies, and professionals to facilitate smooth service delivery and case resolution.

Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, maintaining thorough communication and keeping them informed of any changes or updates in their case status.

Engage in problem-solving efforts for any case-related issues, employing critical thinking and decision-making skills to ensure the achievement of desired outcomes.

Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations concerning case management.

Participate in regular meetings, workshops, and training to continuously enhance knowledge and keep up with industry trends and practices.
Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. The possession of a Master's degree or a relevant professional certification will be highly desirable.

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a case management position, preferably in a fast-paced, client-focused setting.

Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with diverse individuals at all levels.

Proficiency in utilizing case management software and other computer applications, such as MS Office suite.

Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and abide by the principles of privacy and protection of client data.
