Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software to track stock levels, process orders, and update records accurately.
- Measure and place logos on shirts, hoodies and shorts and ensure proper placement
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using order picker tools, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods using forklifts and pallet jacks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate data entry for shipping logs, inventory counts, and order processing
- Assist in stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and ensuring optimal warehouse layout for efficient distribution.
- Collaborate with team members to meet shipping logistics deadlines and ensure compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards.
- Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying shipment contents, preparing packing materials, and coordinating with carriers for timely delivery.
Experience
- Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, load & unload procedures, and inventory management practices.
- Basic math skills for counting stock, measuring packages, and verifying quantities accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for data entry and reporting tasks.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP platforms like AS400 or MRP systems is advantageous.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory—training available if needed.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent customer service skills to support seamless order fulfillment processes.
