As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Representative in Bronx, NY, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare and housing location.

Respond to incidents, behavioral health concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, while communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, exterior grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.

Monitor access to the location by observing arrivals and departures, documenting unusual activity, and reporting maintenance, environmental, and/or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel.

Prepare clear, timely reports of incidents, observations, and daily activities, and support a respectful, customer-focused presence for individuals who may be experiencing mental health and/or housing-related challenges.
Minimum Requirements:

Possess at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Be at least 21 years of age.

CPR and First Aid experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

CPR certification is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
