Popular 21 is seeking an entry-level, bilingual, Spanish-speaking Sales Associate who can provide excellent service to our growing customer base. If you’re eager to learn and quick on your feet, we’d love to talk to you!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with their purchases
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to customers
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Collaborate with the design team to provide feedback on new trends
Qualifications:
- Oral proficiency in Spanish is required
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships, both internally and externally
- Strong business acumen, demonstrated through successful team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree or demonstrated interest in apparel or fashion
